Sony VAIO Tap 20 Unveiled (20", 1600x900, 1TB, Windows 8 PRO, NFC, 11.4 lbs, All-in-One & More!)

02:34
Sony has revealed the VAIO Tap 20 Portable, Tilting All-in-One Touchscreen, Windows 8 PRO powered PC. It is a 20 inch 1600x900 display, 11.4 pounds, 1TB HDD option, & more! The VAIO Tap 20, meanwhile, is more than just a tilting all-in-one desktop in the vein of Lenovo's IdeaCentre A720. Despite carrying a 20-inch, 1,600 x 900 touchscreen, it's still very much battery-powered -- you can lug the 11.4-pound PC into the living room and treat it like a tiny multi-touch table, if that's your inclination. It's sharing the same processor picks as the Duo 11, but it turns to more conventional 750GB or 1TB hard drives and puts the emphasis on shareable apps like Family Paint and the Fingertapps Organizer calendar. Not surprisingly, there's only one, front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera here, although NFC does make the cut. The Tap 20 is due to arrive at about the same time as its smaller Duo 11 sibling, although we're once again without details of how much it will cost. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/29/sony-unveils-vaio-duo-11-slide-out-tablet-tap20-desktop-and-tab/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony XPERIA Tablet Leaked (Quad-core, Aluminum, 570g, Tegra 3, 6000mAh, 8MP, $399 & 16-64 GB)

05:11
Sony's next FLAGSHIP tablet has been leaked. The Sony XPERIA Tablet features; Tegra 3 Quad Core CPU, Aluminum Body, 8MP Rear, 1MP Front, 6000mAh, September release date at:16GB $399.99, 32GB $499.99, 64GB $599.99. While most of the intrigue about Sony's next tablet evaporated in a barrage of leaked slides, a few press renders offer us a closer look at the Tablet S replacement. Proudly emblazoned with the Xperia brand, the tablet steps closer to Sony's smartphone family, with a texturized backing likely to keep fingertips happy. We've included a second picture after the break, showing that a substantial bezel is still part of the design and confirming that we'll be playing with Android 4.0, if not Google's very latest OS. XDA-developers has a few more images to show off at the link below. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/09/sony-xperia-tablet-photos/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite For more coverage visit: http://www.playinfinite.net Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony VAIO Duo 13 Unveiled (13.3" 1080p, Core i7, Windows 8 PRO, Stylus, 10Hr Battery, SSD & NFC!)

04:12
Sony has revealed the VAIO Duo 13 Windows 8 PRO hybrid PC/Tablet featuring: a new carbon-fiber design, trackpad, thin bezel, 1080p IPS display, NFC, LTE, 10 hrs battery, 8MP Camera w/ a $1400 price! Now it's official: the company just formally announced the Duo 13, and if Sony's to be believed, it addresses many of the original's shortcomings. For starters, the new "Surf Slider" hinge is supposedly easier to open -- Sony even says it's possible to maneuver with one hand. If you look at those product shots below, you'll see it's also prettier to look at from behind (guess Sony heard us complaining about the exposed cabling on the Duo 11). What's interesting is that the Duo 13 has similar dimensions as its predecessor, and it only weighs a fraction more (2.93 pounds vs. 2.87). The trick was to shrink the bezels, and also to switch to a carbon fiber design, similar to what you'll find on the old Z series and the new Pro line. Oddly, though, while the dimensions haven't changed dramatically, Sony still made room for a less cramped-seeming keyboard, one that even includes a proper trackpad. That's right, folks, the optical tracking stick is gone. We have a feeling you won't miss it. Some other design notes: the Duo 13 adds a place for stowing the digitizer pen, which the Duo 11 lacked. What's more, while the Duo always had a scratch-resistant 1080p IPS display, this one also makes use of Sony's Triluminos technology, originally used on the company's Bravia TVs. Additionally, it has the same X-Reality processing engine you'll already find on some Xperia smartphones. Rounding out the spec list, there's NFC, Haswell processors and optional AT&T LTE. The main camera, meanwhile, has been upgraded to an 8-megapixel shooter with an Exmor RS sensor; the front webcam now does 1080p video. As for battery life, it should last about 10 hours, thanks to Sony's Active Sleep technology. Look for it to arrive June 9th, in both black and white, with a starting price of $1,400. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/06/04/sony-duo-13/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

PS All-Stars Battle Royale: Jak & Daxter | Cole MacGrath (inFamous) Unveiled

03:33
SuperBot has unveiled Jak & Dakter along with Cole Macgrath from inFamous. This video features 3 official trailers + more in-depth details! Today at Comic-Con, the SuperBot team led a lively discussion panel that gave attendees a sneak peek at the development of PlayStation All-Stars. Alongside our very own Chan Park and Omar Kendall, IGN.com's Greg Miller joined us as a moderator to explore how the team created our super roster of PlayStation characters and environments for the ultimate cross-over brawler. In addition, they discussed alternate costume decisions, some of the different game modes available, and the concept of the "mash-up." But of course the highlight of the panel was unveiling two new, highly anticipated additions to the roster. We are pleased to announce the inclusion of Jak and Daxter and Cole MacGrath in PlayStation All-Stars! Initially debuting on PS2 in 2001, Naughty Dog's Jak and Daxter series has seen critical acclaim and success, spawning multiple titles on PS2, PS3, and PSP. Fans have enjoyed Jak and Daxter's signature style and varied gameplay, so we considered them prime candidates for our game. Jak and Daxter are beastly on the Battle Royale battlefield; they've definitely been my go-to pair lately here at the studio! Players familiar with Jak and Daxter's arsenal will immediately recognize some of the weaponry utilized in PlayStation All-Stars including the Blaster, Needle Lazer, Gyro Burster, and Mass Inverter. When the going gets tough, Jak has the ability to unleash the powers of both Dark and Light Jak to even the playing field, as seen in Jak II and Jak 3 respectively. Daxter even lends a hand in Jak's melee attacks. Representing the PlayStation franchise inFAMOUS from Sucker Punch Studios, Cole MacGrath proves to be an unlikely hero with extraordinary powers, so it made perfect sense to us for him to be in the ring alongside some of PlayStation's heaviest hitters. Cole takes advantage of a wide array of abilities in inFAMOUS, an experience we hoped to emulate when incorporating him into the game. He is a well-rounded fighter who is effective at both close and long range combat, and is highly mobile as well. Players can command both his electrokinesis and cryokinesis, using these powers to assault opponents from a safe distance or propel himself towards the action. With these abilities, Cole proves to be a formidable adversary for the rest of the PlayStation All-Stars cast! We're always excited to share new information about the game, so we hope you've enjoyed the reveals so far. We still have lots more to unveil before our October 23, 2012 launch date so don't forget to pre-order your copy and you'll be hearing from us again soon. Until next time! - http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/07/15/playstation-all-stars-battle-royale-cole-and-jak-join-the-fight/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite For more coverage visit: http://www.playinfinite.net Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Nokia Lumia 928 Unveiled (4.5" OLED, 8.7MP Carl Zeiss, 1.5GHz Dual-Core, 2000mAh, 32GB & More!)

03:19
Nokia has revealed the Lumia 928 featuring a 4.5-inch OLED (1,280 x 768) display, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, Carl Zeiss f/2.0 lens, 8.7-megapixel sensor, 2,000mAH battery and 32GB of storage & more! If you've heard enough of Nokia's near future plans for its Lumia range, sorry -- there's more. While the company's official event isn't until next Tuesday in London, that hasn't stopped it from announcing the Lumia 928 on Verizon. Again. Nokia's latest installment supplants the Lumia 822 and HTC's 8X for the US carrier, matching the camera specifications (Carl Zeiss f/2.0 lens, 8.7-megapixel sensor) we saw in the Lumia 920 and pairing it all with a potent xenon flash. There's also high-amp mics and a 4.5-inch OLED (1,280 x 768) display protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass. Inside, you'll find a capable 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 2,000mAH battery and 32GB of storage for all those low-blur photos. As for the phone itself, compared to the bright (admittedly chunky) looks of its predecessor, we're looking at a toned-down refresh, in black and white options, with a more squared design aiming to complement those Windows Phone Live Tiles. Contactless charging and NFC are both built in, as are all those extra Nokia software additions, including Here maps and Nokia Music. It'll launch in the US on May 16th, priced at $99.99 with a mail-in rebate, while you'll also pick up $25 of credit for Windows Phone apps and games if you decide to sign up. Nokia's got an officially sanctioned hands-on after the break -- expect to see our opinions on it next week. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/10/nokia-lumia-928/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

HTC One X+ Unveiled (4.7", Quad-Core 1.7GHz, 2100mAh, 8MP, Sense 4+, 64GB, Jelly Bean & More!)

03:58
HTC has revealed the One X+, successor to the One X! Featuring a faster 1.7GHz Quad core Tegra 3 CPU, larger 2100mAh battery, 64GB of storage, Sense 4+, a 4.7 inch display & more! Remember HTC's early 2012 Android flagship? Well, it's back and plus-sized for the tech-savvy masses. Officially announced today, the One X+ is a minor refresh of the original that debuted at MWC this past spring, albeit with a faster 1.7GHz Tegra 3 CPU, larger 2,100mAh battery, expanded 64GB of storage and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sense 4+ onboard. As part of that upgraded custom skin, the 4.7-inch device can now tap to pair, or "Tap and Go" as the company calls it, with Beats-branded speakers, allowing users to easily connect and disconnect from their audio peripherals. Apart from that, the 8-megapixel rear module with f/2.0 lens and ImageChip-assist has stayed the same, but the camera software's been slightly tweaked with the addition of two new modes: Self Portrait for subtle retouching of front facing shots and Sightseeing which allows for quick launch of the camera app. Also debuting alongside this hardware update is HTC Get Started, a web-based service that lets users manage initial setup from the desktop for one-click installation on the phone itself. The One X+ is slated to launch globally this fall, hitting Europe and Northern Asia this October, with a November rollout in South Asia to follow. As for a US release, well, you'll just have to sit tight and see what news the day brings. HTC One mini Leaked (4.3" 720p, LTE, 4 UltraPixels, Unibody Design, 16GB Storage & More!)

02:31
The HTC M4 aka HTC One mini has been leaked! New images show the design of the smartphone. Features include a dual core CPU, 4.3 inch 720p display, LTE, 4 UltraPixel camera and more! Remember the M4? We've seen glances of a spec sheet, but now we get to see how it's going to look. Courtesy of @evleaks, we can now tell it's looking good. After the critically-acclaimed One, the company looks to be sharing its style tips around -- at a glance the M4 appears almost identical to the HTC flagship, although the camera flash has been relocated to the center of the device and there's a few less micro-drilled speaker holes. Running over the leaked specs, you can expect a smaller 4.3-inch screen at 720p resolution and possibly a cheaper build to the unibody beauty that leads HTC's smartphone family. There's likely to be a dual-core processor, LTE-capable radio and 16GB of storage too. There's better news, with the UltraPixel-packing 4-megapixel camera sensor rumored to make its way into the middleweight phone, although initial leaks pointed to a 13-megapixel sensor. The phone is said to be appearing later this quarter, but we're still waiting on official word (and that all-important price) before we get too excited. But hey, it worked for Samsung. Update: We've made a couple of comparison images of this rumored M4 with the 4.7-inch One. Check them out after the break. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/01/htc-m4-leak-one/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Motorola Razr i Unveiled (4.3" AMOLED, 2GHz Intel, 2000mAh, Kevlar, 8MP, Android, NFC, Beam & More!)

03:26
Motorola has revealed the Razr i, a 2GHz Intel powered smartphone. Featuring: 4.3" AMOLED edge-to-edge, 2000mAh battery, Android, 8MP camera, NFC & more! Motorola's revealed the first smartphone to be borne from its team-up with Intel. Here in London, UK, it's a familiar-looking Android smartphone with an important internal difference. The RAZR i will be running on one of Intel's latest mobile chips (2GHz processor), differentiating it from what we saw from the Google-owned phone-maker a few weeks earlier. Motorola's calling the phone its biggest launch in the UK since the original RAZR. Motorola's touting the (almost "edge-to-edge") 4.3-inch AMOLED display, 2,000mAh of battery and the same Kevlar coating -- it's water repellent this time. But this event is also about Intel's 2GHz processor inside. The chipmaker says it's optimized the architecture for web browsing, especially for Java-based activities. It's also pushing for power consumption even on processor-intensive activities like gaming -- but we'll have to wait for our own tests to check it out. The RAZR i also packs a similar 8-megapixel camera and interface to those other new Motorola phones, with under a second start-up to get the camera app running -- we bet that dedicated camera button helps there. Intel made similar promises with the Orange San Diego, but were already intrigued by that Vanilla-looking interface. NFC is already baked in, with Android Beam taking control of what you need, while its bootloader arrives unlocked. The RAZR i appears to be packing some iteration of Android 4 -- but we're still checking on whether it'll be coming with ICS or the newer Jelly Bean. The phone will arrive in the likes of UK, France, Germany and Brazil -- but no news on whether it'll appear inside North America's borders. In the meantime, you'll find a galley of pics below, plus a press release and publicity video right after the break. Update: According to retailer Clove.co.uk stock should be arriving (in the UK at least) on October 1st, with a SIM-free price of £342 (about $555). - http://www.engadget.com/2012/09/18/motorola-razr-i/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

ZTE Grand S Leaked (5" 1080p, Quad-Core, 13MP, 6.9mm, S4 Pro 1.5GHz, 2GB RAM, CES 2013 & More!)

03:21
ZTE's Grand S 6.9 mm thin flagship has been leaked! Featuring a 5" Full HD 1080p display, 13 MP camera, 6.9mm thin body, 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2GB of RAM. When we first saw the 5-inch 1080p display on HTC's J-Butterfly, the implication was clear — this would be the new high-spec standard, replacing 2012's ubiquitous 4.7-inch 720p screen. The latest company to throw its hat into the ring is ZTE, whose upcoming Grand S looks to one-up competing devices with a 6.9-millimeter profile and 13-megapixel camera, reports Unwired View. When we reviewed the Droid DNA, its poor battery life was our biggest criticism, so ZTE producing a phone that's more than a third thinner with acceptable performance would be an impressive technical feat, to say the least. We also don't know whether or not the phone will have an LTE radio, which would affect power consumption accordingly. Other specs are rumored to include a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2GB of RAM. We'll know for sure in a couple of more weeks: ZTE is said to be showing off its new 5-inch 1080p phone alongside Sony's at CES in Las Vegas. - http://www.theverge.com/2012/12/27/3809710/zte-5-inch-1080p-grand-s-revealed Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

The new thin & light tablet features a 10.1" 1,920 x 1,200 display, a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, 2GB RAM, a 6,000mAh battery, 8.1MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing cam, NFC & more! Sony's newest tablet, known as the Xperia Tablet Z, launched in Japan last month, but it still hasn't been seen outside of the Far East. Mobile World Congress is the perfect venue to show it off to the entire world, it seems, as it's now expanding to other parts of the globe. As we had hoped, the super-thin Tablet Z doesn't wander off from Japan's variant spec-wise, though this model will offer your choice of 16 or 32GB internal storage, rather than simply the latter. (Sony also announced that a WiFi-only version with 64GB space will come to the US.) Otherwise, it still boasts Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, 2GB RAM, a 6,000mAh battery, 8.1MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing cam, NFC, PlayStation Certified, four speakers and a 1,920 x 1,200 display. Also, the MWC launch gives us a peek at a few minor details we didn't get in the first go-round: the slate includes MHL, up to 64GB of microSD expansion and DLNA, but oddly we haven't seen any specifics on battery size. And just like its cousin, the Z will come with Jelly Bean installed but Sony promises that 4.2 is on its way, though no ETA was given for the update. Finally, we won't hold back on the pricing and availability, even if we kept you in suspense until the end: the black model will be sold in Sony stores and authorized sellers this May in Q2 2013, and the white model (which only comes in a 32GB flavor) will be exclusive to official company outlets. A 16GB will put you back $499 and 32GB will be $599. If you're up for a deeper look into the tablet, our hands-on is a great place to get started. Update: Sony has changed their tune on the Xperia Z tablet launch date and is only saying now that it's coming in Q2 2013. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/02/25/sony-xperia-tablet-z/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony just threw itself fully into the touchscreen Windows 8 arena -- it's introducing the VAIO Duo 11 slider tablet and the Tap 20 combination desktop and tablet design at its IFA 2012 press conference. The Duo 11 is a noticeably amped-up realization of the Hybrid concept we saw at CES. Its 11.6-inch, 1080p touchscreen is joined by a proper digitizer stylus for low-lag handwriting as well as some seriously powerful innards for a convertible PC its size: we're talking an Ultrabook-level Core i3, i5 or i7 as well as a 128GB or 256GB SSD, NFC wireless, GPS, and HD-capable cameras at the front and back. Sony is hoping for a late October release for this beast of a slate, although we haven't been given that all-important price. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/29/sony-unveils-vaio-duo-11-slide-out-tablet-tap20-desktop-and-tab/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Surface PRO 2 Unveiled (10.6" 1080p, 8GB RAM, Core i5 Haswell, Windows 8.1 PRO & More!)

05:10
Microsoft has revealed the Surface PRO 2! Featuring a 10.6" Full HD display, 8GB of RAM, 512GB Storage, USB 3.0 & Windows 8. The Surface RT's full-fledged Pro counterpart just got an update. Today, Microsoft unveiled the follow-up to that x86 / Windows 8-compatible tablet: the Surface Pro 2 and it still comes with a stylus. According to Microsoft's claims, this new tablet boasts 50 percent more color accuracy, better graphics performance, an improved speaker setup and some speed gains -- it's purportedly 20 percent faster than the original. For those wondering, the Pro 2's display has been kept consistent with the original, which means it remains a 10.6-inch 1080p panel, and it's even been ported to the new Surface 2. Battery life has gotten a significant 75 percent boost as well thanks to the Haswell processor inside and now runs much quieter. The Surface Pro 2 can also be paired with Microsoft's new Power Cover to give the tablet 2.5x its standalone battery life or the Type Cover 2, which is now 1mm thinner and backlit. The kickstand has also been revised for the refresh, as it's now a two-stage affair, addressing the issues many users had with the old Pro's awkward angle. As for ports, Microsoft says the Surface Pro 2 is loaded up with support for three USB 2.0, one USB 3.0, mini DisplayPort, Ethernet, audio in/out and, of course, charging. The Surface Pro 2, when docked, can output up to a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution on an external display and is capable of editing 6K video, backing up the company's repeated assertion that this tablet is actually a "full power PC." Pre-orders for both of Microsoft's next-gen Surface tablets go live tomorrow, the 24th, at 8AM EST with units set to ship to 21 markets on October 22nd. Pricing for the base Surface Pro 2 (i.e., 64GB / 4GB RAM) starts at $899 (the same as the original Pro), although that retail sticker shock will climb depending on the model -- it'll be available in configurations of up to 512GB / 8GB RAM. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/09/23/microsoft-new-surface-pro-2-gets-official/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Nokia Lumia 920 vs. 900 - Features, Specifications, Design & More!

05:36
Comparison between the Nokia Lumia 920 and the Lumia 900. In-depth comparison in terms of the specifications, features, design elements, price, options & more! Just five months after grandly returning to the United States with the Lumia 900, Nokia's switching it out for an even better Windows Phone 8 offering. The 920's coming with a beefier display, better internals and has wholly embraced wireless charging -- but that's not the feature everyone's gonna be talking about. No, that's reserved for the 8-megapixel PureView hardware and the new imaging tech behind it. Still, that shouldn't distract from the real business at hand: identifying the tiny hardware differences that separate the current and future iterations of the flagship, which we've broken down for you after the break. Rumor has it the Xperia Z5 Ultra will also feature a 4K display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, along with a Snapdragon 810 processor. Otherwise the device is still a mystery, though you can probably count on high-end specs across the board. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2015/08/14/xperia-z5-ultraplus-leaks-out-in-first-alleged-image/ Subscribe to PLAYINFINITE at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Follow PLAYINFINITE @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Make sure to check out the channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Cant forget about Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704 Download the PLAYINFINITE Google Chrome Extension/App: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/playinfinite/lajcjlikehhpepcpgkjejdpclnkkgpco

HTC M7 Leaked (4.7" HD, Quad-Core 1.7GHz, LTE, 2GB RAM, 13MP, 32GB, Snapdragon, 2013 & More!)

02:57
HTC's M7 2013 flagship has been leaked! Featuring a 4.7" HD display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, LTE, 32GB storage & more! Rumors began appearing earlier this month that HTC was developing a new flagship smartphone codenamed the M7, and the always-prolific @evleaks has followed-up with its own details. As reported on Unwired View, the M7 is said to improve upon HTC's current flagship Android phone, the One X, nearly across the board: with a 4.7-inch HD display at 468ppi (reportedly called a SoLux display), a 1.7GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and LTE and HSDPA radios. The M7 will also reportedly carry an improved camera with a 13-megapixel sensor and an f/2.0 lens. Evleaks says that the M7 should be headed to Verizon and Sprint, and that there's a possibility it could be the first smartphone since the HTC Touch Pro 2 to be offered on the four largest US carriers. We'll find out soon enough — that is, if the phone is revealed at Mobile World Congress as rumored. - http://www.theverge.com/2012/12/17/3777110/htc-m7-rumor Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

03:49
First Boot-Up of the Samsung Galaxy S4. We boot it up for the first time and take a quick tour of the smartphone! The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a smartphone manufactured by Samsung Electronics. It was announced in New York City on March 14, 2013[5][6] as the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S III. The phone has many distinguishing software features such as Air Gesture, Smart Stay, and Smart Scroll; a 13-megapixel back camera, and a 5-inch (130 mm) 1080p display.[5][6] It is the first TCO certified smartphone.[8] The S4 has two major variants, one featuring a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 and the other featuring an Samsung Exynos 5 Octa. The Exynos 5 Octa version features the first big.LITTLE architecture central processing unit (CPU) but does not have LTE connectivity. The CPU has eight cores, four of which can be active at one time to emulate a quad-core processor. Motorola Droid Razr HD Unveiled (4.7" HD, 2500mAh, 1.5GHz Dual-Core S4, 8MP, NFC,

02:23
Motorola has revealed the Droid Razr HD featuring: a 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.5Ghz dual-core Snapdragon S4, 8MP rear camera, NFC, a massive 2,500mAh battery & more! It's been a day of big smartphone reveals, but Motorola's not one to let the glory shine too long upon rivals. At its press event today in New York City, the Google-owned manufacturer gave the public its first official look at the Droid RAZR HD. Unless you've been living off the grid, it's hard to find much about this announcement fresh and / or exciting, as specs, photos, tutorials, FCC docs and even sample pics have been leaking since the start of April. Surprise already blown, the handset falls in line with previous reports, running a lightly-skinned version of Android 4.0.4 (upgradeable to Jelly Bean) and bearing a 4.7-inch 720p display, dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 8-megapixel rear camera, NFC, as well as a massive 2,500mAh battery. So, what's changed in this RAZR refresh? Well, the phone's back may still be Kevlar-coated (in this case, it's pretty much fully wrapped), but a few cosmetic differences have been made to the Droid RAZR HD's body. For starters, its front face almost spans from edge to edge, with just a little bit of bezel surrounding that display. Dimensions-wise, it's 131.9mm tall, 67.9 mm wide and still pretty thin at 8.4mm. It's definitely a coup for design-focused consumers that prefer to have their devices appear as a sea of seamless black glass. While it'll be hanging out on Verizon's 4G network, we're still waiting on pricing -- but we're promised that it will arrive "before the holidays." - http://www.engadget.com/2012/09/05/motorola-droid-razr-hd-unveiled-4-5-inch-720p-display-ics-dua/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Motorola Razr M 4G Unveiled (4.3", 8MP 1080p, Super AMOLED Advanced, Dual-core, NFC & More!)

03:50
Motorola's RARZ M 4G LTE has been revealed featuring: a 4.3 inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced display, 8MP 1080p rear camera, Dual-core Snapdragon S4, 1GB RAM, NFC & More! We've been hearing about the Motorola XT907 -- an LTE device bound for Verizon -- for quite some time now, but we just got our hands on a full set of specs and even a few pics to go along with it. Let's get started: the Droid RAZR M 4G LTE, as Big Red is planning to call it, will sport a 4.3-inch qHD (960 x 540) Super AMOLED Advanced display -- this will likely be the same ColorBoost panel we recently saw on Sprint's Photon Q -- as well as a dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP rear camera capable of taking 1080p video, a 3MP (yes, three) front-facing shooter, full GSM / UMTS / HSPA+ global roaming and 8GB internal storage with microSD support. Additionally, the RAZR M will offer NFC, Android 4.0 with a virtual row of navigation keys (much like the Atrix HD and Photon Q) and will weigh 4.44 ounces. Gorilla Glass 2 protects the display from scratches, while the back offers the same kind of Kevlar seen on the Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx. So that takes care of the mystery behind this particular smartphone, and it's quite likely we'll be getting some quality hands-on time with it alongside the RAZR HD at Moto's September 5th event. Check out the goods in the gallery below. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/27/motorola-razr-m-4g-lte-specs/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

BlackBerry Z10 Leaked (4.2", Dual-Core 1.5GHz, 8MP, 1280x768, NFC, 1800mAh, 16GB, microSD & More!)

02:36
RIM's BlackBerry 10 flagship, the Z10 has been leaked! Featuring a 4.2" 1280x768 display, Dual-Core 1.5GHZ processor, 8MP camera, 1GB of RAM, NFC & more! According to a leaked image, we now have a name for the first BlackBerry 10 phone: the BlackBerry Z10. Unwired View has posted an apparently leaked piece of promotional material from a trusted source, showing a phone that looks much like the L-Series we've seen before in both black and white accompanied by text reading "The New BlackBerry Z10." The new phone is expected on January 30th, when RIM holds its official BlackBerry 10 launch event. The L-Series or Z10 is an all-touch device; we've been seeing it in various stages of development since last year, when it was known by the codename London. There's also supposed to be a physical keyboard-equipped phone coming later, but it's been seen less frequently. Unwired View says its name is still unknown, though they tentatively dub it the BlackBerry X10. RIM has had a tough time getting to launch with its new OS, but things are now looking much more concrete — though whether the revamped version of BlackBerry will live up to RIM's expectations is far from certain. - http://www.theverge.com/2012/12/20/3789526/blackberry-z10-leaked-as-name-of-first-blackberry-10-phone Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Unveiled (6" 720p, Quad-core, 13MP Exmor, Dual-SIM, 3000mAh & More!)

03:48
Sony has revealed the Xperia T2 Ultra & T2 Ultra Dual! Featuring a 6" 720p display, a 3000mAh battery, 1.4GHz quad-core chip, 13MP Exmor RS camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (microSD expandable up to 32GB) & more! Sony has a monster new phablet coming to its Xperia line, rounding out an already solid family of devices to start 2014. In addition to the Z1S and Z1 Compact announced at CES, Sony has quite a few new options flooding the market in the early part of this year, with another flagship supposedly coming down the pipeline. The focus, however, is on the company's fresh Xperia T2 Ultra (and T2 Ultra Dual), which Sony hopes will satisfy your enormous smartphone needs. This isn't quite as large as the Z Ultra, but it's darn close. Equipped with a 6-inch 720p display, the T2 Ultra sports a 3000mAh battery, 1.4GHz quad-core chip, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (microSD expandable up to 32GB) and 13-megapixel camera with Exmor RS. Not the latest specs, but devices don't need the latest in order to offer a solid experience, as we've learned. Because it doesn't have a Full HD display and higher storage options, users can likely expect a fairly wallet-friendly price, though it's unclear how much it'll retail for—or when it'll be released, for that matter. When the device does it, it'll integrate Album, Walkman and Movies apps with cloud services out-of-the-box, a camera experience that Sony claims is best in class, and a number of other software tweaks that help enhance the experience. When the T2 Ultra hits, it'll also come in a dual SIM variant for all you globe-trotting businessmen. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2014/01/14/sony-unveils-t2-ultra-comes-packing-6-inch-display-and-13-megapixel-camera/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Nokia X2 Unveiled (4.3", Android, Snapdragon 200, 5MP, 800x480, 1GB RAM & More!)

05:06
Microsoft and Nokia have revealed the Nokia X2 Android smartphone! Featuring a4.3-inch 800 x 480-pixel display, a Snapdragon 200 processor, a 5-megapixel camera, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage and a modified version of Android. Microsoft unveiled the Nokia X2 today, offering up an improved version of the Android-powered handset released earlier this year. The new smartphone offers a bigger screen, improved specs and a glossy "translucent outer layer" to give the device a unique shine. The Nokia X2 comes equipped with a 4.3-inch 800 x 480-pixel display with 217ppi, an 1800mAh removable battery, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage with microSD support up to 32GB and 7GB of free Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage, and dual SIM card slots. It's also equipped with an improved 5-megapixel rear camera and a lower-res front-facing camera for Skype and selfies. As with the original Nokia X, the Nokia X2 runs a forked version of Android. The biggest advantage to the Nokia X2 is that if offers access to some Android apps without leaving the Windows ecosystem entirely. If you're already using Microsoft devices this makes it easy keep the same accounts for email, cloud storage and more, but if you prefer to use Google Play Services you're probably better off with a standard Android handset, since Microsoft doesn't license those or provide them on the X2. We're still expecting new Windows Phone devices later this year, but it's definitely strange to think that the first phone announced following the Microsoft-Nokia merger actually runs Android, but it's likely this has been in development for quite a long time. The Nokia X2 is available immediately in some markets with a global launch kicking off in July. It costs €99 before taxes and subsidies, and currently comes in green, orange and black, with yellow, white and grey variants coming later this year. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2014/06/24/nokia-x2-android-phone-announced-costs-just-e99/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite DOWNLOAD THE PLAYINFINITE GOOGLE CHROME WIDGET: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/playinfinite/lajcjlikehhpepcpgkjejdpclnkkgpco Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

iPod Nano 7th Gen Unveiled (5.4mm, 30hr Battery, 2.5" Multi-Touch, FM Tuner, Lightning & More!)

03:01
Apple has revealed a new iPod Nano (2012) 7th generation model. Featuring a brand new design, 5.4mm thickness, multi-touch screen, 30 hour battery life, 2.5 inch screen & more! With news of Apple's shining star, the iPhone 5, out of the way, the company's shifting focus to its other major pillar: the iPod. Now seven generations in, the iPod nano is getting a refresh with a 38-percent thinner profile and svelte 5.4mm thickness. The multitouch screen now measures 2.5-inches across and sports a physical home button right below. Also packed in to this evolutionary PMP leap is an FM tuner with DVR-like functionality for playback control, Bluetooth radio (for wireless streaming support), inbuilt pedometer and, of course, that slimmed-down Lightning dock connector. And, according to Cupertino, this wee media player should last for up to 30 hours, making it the longest lasting nano the company's ever built. It'll be available in seven colors: aluminum, purple, green, blue, yellow, red and black. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/09/12/apple-outs-refreshed-ipod-nano-2-5-inch-multi-touchscreen-28/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Galaxy Alpha Leaked (4.7", Exynos Octa-Core, Metal Design, 12MP & More!)

02:35
Samsung's Galaxy Alpha has been leaked! Images in the video. Samsung is expected to challenge the iPhone this year with its first metal smartphone, but it looks like the rumored Galaxy Alpha could be a near copy of Apple’s iconic design. A fresh batch of leaked photos show the device in white with chamfered edges and a sleek rectangle design that’s almost identical to the iPhone 5 and 5s. Beyond its 90 degree edges and that familiar mix of metal and white materials, the Galaxy Alpha appears to share a few more similarities with the iPhone. There’s that physical Home button, which Samsung has been using for years, and the metal antenna band that’s become synonymous with Apple. The phone is still running the same modified version of Android found on other Galaxy phones though, and the back apparently features the same dimpled plastic design found on the Galaxy S5. Under the hood, the Galaxy Alpha is expected to offer a mix of high and mid-range specs, including a 4.7-inch 720p display, an Exynos 5433 octa-core processor, a 12-megapixel camera, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of non-expandable storage and a Nano SIM slot. We’re still not sure exactly when the device will launch, though recent rumors suggest Samsung will announce the new phone sometime this month ahead of the upcoming Galaxy Note 4. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2014/08/04/leaked-galaxy-alpha-photos-look-a-whole-lot-like-the-iphone/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite DOWNLOAD THE PLAYINFINITE GOOGLE CHROME WIDGET: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/playinfinite/lajcjlikehhpepcpgkjejdpclnkkgpco Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Galaxy Nexus 2 Leaked (4.65" HD, 8MP, 1.5Ghz Dual-Core, Super AMOLED, microSD, 16GB & GT-i9260)

05:04
Google's next-gen Nexus (GT-i9260) has been leaked! Made by Samsung featuring: 4.65" Super AMOLED HD, 8MP rear camera, 1.5Ghz Dual-core, 16GB storage, 1.9MP front camera, microSD card slot & more! It looks like Samsung will make the next generation of the Google's "Nexus" line code name: GT-I9260. Samsung made before this phone the Google Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus. The next generation of the Nexus looks to be a small upgrade. When we see the specification we can say... Yes the screen, processor and camera is better, but for the HIGH-END market the processor isn't that great. Google will use a 1.5 dual-core processor. Really strange? No why? Android 4.1 runs fine on a 1.2 dual-core processor so there is no need to use a quad-core processor. Some good things are that the next Nexus will use a better screen and a better back/front camera. Both are updated to a higher level. For us the only sad thing is the 1.5 dual-core processor. But the device price will be cheaper, and there would be more market for Google in that. Samsung is the big boss in the HIGH-END Android market with the Galaxy S II, Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note, but Google could be one of the biggest players in the MID-RANGE -- HIGH-END market with this device if the price is cheap of course. Maybe we will get some high-end quad-core devices by Motorola which is owned by Google. - http://www.sammobile.com/2012/08/21/are-these-the-specifications-of-the-new-nexus-gt-i9260/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Inside the new camera is a large, high-resolution 16.1 effective megapixel Exmor™ APS HD CMOS sensor - identical in size to the sensors found in traditional DSLR cameras. The large sensor takes in more light during image capture, allowing for richly detailed DSLR-quality still images and full HD videos. A connection is activated automatically as soon as the mobile device touches the camera, allowing for immediate image and video2 sharing between devices. Content is then safely stored on the connected device and can be shared via social media and other common applications. he NEX-5T utilizes Wi-Fi to send a live image preview to a wirelessly connected camera or tablet, allowing it to act as a remote viewfinder, adjust common photographic settings and release the shutter button. It's a unique, fun feature that can be used for framing and shooting group portraits that include the photographer, and can be activated using either NFC one-touch or Wi-Fi connectivity. Fast Hybrid AF In line with last year's NEX-5R model, the new NEX-5T camera also features Fast Hybrid AF auto focus technology, which combines phase-detection and contrast-detection methods to ensure speedy, accurate autofocus in any shooting situation. The intuitive focusing system uses 99 phase-detection AF points arrayed on the image sensor to detect a subject's distance and quickly lock focus. Then, contrast-detection AF confirms extremely fine, precise details. There are 15 apps currently available, including "Direct Upload," which allows photos to be uploaded directly to Facebook™ and now Flickr as well, with support for additional services scheduled for the future. Other fun applications include "Motion-shot," which can combine several different shots from an action-series into one creative photo, "Time-Lapse," which takes several photos over a series of time and stitches them together to create time-lapse photography, and several other creative and teaching tools. Design and Control The new NEX-5T camera features a fully programmable control dial and Fn (function) button - a versatile combination for photographers accustomed to the flexibility and direct control of a DSLR camera. The camera's intuitive touch-screen LCD can flip downwards for high-angle shots over crowds, or upwards up to 180 degrees for easy arm's length self-portraits. It also has a touch-shutter function for added convenience. Pricing and Availability The NEX-5T compact system camera will be offered in silver, black and white for about $700 in a kit with a compact, versatile 16-50mm motorized zoom lens (model SELP1650). Surface RT 2 Unveiled (10.6" 1920x1080, Tegra 4, ClearType, USB 3.0, 10Hr Battery & More!)

05:54
Microsoft has revealed the Surface RT 2! Featuring a 1080p ClearType display, Tegra 4 CPU, USB 3.0 Port, 10 Hr Battery Life & more! As rumored, it moves up to a higher-res 1080p ClearType display -- the same one you'll find on the new Surface Pro 2. Performance-wise, the tablet now has a Tegra 4 chip (versus Tegra 3 in the last generation). Microsoft also says it's doubled the BUS speed for the WiFi and the memory, and the CPU speed has increased "dramatically" as well. Additionally, there's now a USB 3.0 port on board, a step up from the USB 2.0 connection used on the original. All told, says Microsoft, the new model should run three to four times as fast as its predecessor, and the battery life should be 25 percent longer too. (Microsoft Germany is claiming up to 10 hours, though the executives on hand at this press event haven't made any specific claims.) As for the design, this looks similar to last year's RT, at least from a few feet away, but it's thinner (8.9mm), lighter (676g) and built from two pieces of magnesium, not three. And, of course, it sports the same two-stage kickstand as the new Surface Pro 2, which should make it easier to balance in your lap. As you'd expect, it also works with the new Touch Cover 2, which Microsoft also announced today. Oh, and it's available in white now too; not just black. Moving on, Microsoft also added a third-inch camera sensor to the front of the product to help manage the light in webcam videos, especially those recorded in dim light. Speaking of video chats, Surface owners will enjoy international calling as well as free Skype hotspot access. Not enough freebies for you? Microsoft's also throwing in 200GB of SkyDrive storage, free for two years. Microsoft also revealed the price (the company kept us in suspense last time). The Surface 2 it will start at $449, with 32GB and 64GB storage options. You can place pre-orders tomorrow morning, September 24th, beginning at 8AM ET. Then, on October 22nd, they'll ship in 21 markets. And whoa, Nelly: every person at this press event will receive a Surface 2 in the mail in the coming weeks. Aren't you sad you're not here with us? Anyway, you'll need to wait over a month to get hands-on, but we'll be getting our first look in just a few moments once Microsoft wraps up its keynote and opens up the demo area. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/09/23/microsoft-surface-2-announced/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Galaxy S4 Leaked (5", Quad-Core, 13MP, S-Pen, NFC, Android 4.2, On-Screen Buttons & More!)

02:52
Samsung's Galaxy S4 has been leaked! Featuring a 5-inch display, Quad-Core CPU, 13 MP rear Camera, S-Pen, NFC, Android 4.2, On-Screen buttons & more! Samsung will launch the successor to the Galaxy S III this year, that much is obvious considering the success of the previous models. What will it look like? We're not sure yet, but a recent leak suggests it could be the very phone you see above. We're super skeptical about the legitimacy of the image, however, mainly because it looks almost identical to the Galaxy S III save for the lack of a home button. Plus, the image is allegedly a "press shot," but it clearly is not. The phone is expected to have a quad-core processor, a 13-megapixel camera, an S Pen, the latest version of Android and possibly a 5-inch display when it launches. If you want an idea of what it might look like, take a gander of the pic above. We're labeling this as a rumor until we hear more or see additional leaks. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2013/01/04/galaxy-s-iv-photo-leak/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony Xperia TX Unveiled (4.6" HD, 13MP, 1.5GHz Dual-Core, 720p, 127g, NFC, Reality Display & More!)

03:40
Sony has announced the Xperia TX flagship smartphone. Featuring: a 4.6 inch 720p HD w/ Mobile Bravia Engine, 13 megapixel rar camera, NFC, 1.5Ghz Dual-core CPU, 127 grams & more! Sony just wrapped its IFA 2012 press conference, but not before ushering in three new members to its Xperia mobile line. The breadwinner of the pack, the Xperia TX, is the company's new smartphone flagship, outfitted with a 4.6-inch 720p HD display powered by Mobile Bravia Engine, 13-megapixel rear camera capable of sleep-to-snap fast capture and NFC functionality. We got a chance to handle the very vibrant metallic pink version of the device, so follow on after the break for our first impressions - First things first, when you pick up this Android 4.0 ICS handset you notice its extreme lightness and that's because the TX weighs in at 127 grams (about 0.28lbs). Though this is undoubtedly the company's premium device (the T announced on stage is the Germany-only model), it has neither that appearance nor in-hand feel. That could be due to its slim profile, but there's also a disconnect between its high-end specs and actual performance. In our brief time with it, we noticed an extremely visible lag when attempting to rotate the home screen from portrait to landscape and that same sluggishness was evident when we attempted to access the app drawer. Lest you think this is a quad-core affair, in keeping with its high-profile debut, it's not -- there's a dual-core setup under that shiny shell clocked at 1.5GHz. And as we mentioned above, it could do with some heavy optimization. We didn't have a chance to check out the device's NFC transfer capabilities, which Kaz Hirai touted during its announcements, nor its 13-megapixel rear camera, but be sure we'll have plenty more to say when final review units land in our hands. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/29/sony-xperia-tx-hands-on/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Sony Xperia L Unveiled (4.3", 8 MP Exmor RS, Snapdragon S4, 1700 mAh, NFC & Mid-Range)

04:53
Sony has revealed the Xperia L smartphones, featuring a 4.3" display, dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon S4, 8-megapixel Exmor RS camera, NFC, 1700 mAh battery & more! And today is no different with the unveiling of the Xperia L, a mid- to low-end effort that places a heavy emphasis on the camera experience. Carrying on the Arc's legacy, this 4.3-inch handset packs an FWVGA display, dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, 1,700mAh battery, 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD), NFC and an 8-megapixel rear shooter with Exmor RS sensor into a conspicuously curved body rounded off with that signature Xperia power key. Though it lacks the greater resolution and screen size of its 720p sibling the SP, this more budget-friendly device does enjoy an exclusive perk: HDR stills and video. A feature Sony's included to make the L an attractive point-and-shoot option for budget-minded consumers concerned with style points and not LTE or raw performance. 8 megapixel fast-capture camera takes sharp pictures in any light · Enjoy all your content on the generous 4.3" FWVGA display · One-touch functions with NFC to display content on your TV or to share music and photos between devices · Fast performance with dual-core processor · Battery STAMINA Mode for optimum battery life · Available in white, red and black colour variations - http://www.engadget.com/2013/03/18/sony-xperia-l/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

HTC J Butterfly Unveiled (5" 1080p HD, Quad-Core S4 PRO, LTE, Super LCD 3, 2GB RAM, NFC & More!)

02:38
HTC and KDDI have unveiled the HTC J Butterfly. Featuring a 5 inch full 1080p HD super LCD 3 display, Jelly Bean, 1.5GHz Quad-core S4 PRO, 2GB RAM & More! We've been hearing about a certain 5-inch HTC phablet for Verizon since July, but it looks like its Japanese counterpart may actually hit the market first. Unveiled by KDDI as the HTC J Butterfly (HTL21), this Android 4.1 device is the first announced phone to feature a 5-inch, 440ppi full-HD "Super LCD 3" panel, and it's fittingly complemented by a 1.5GHz quad-core APQ8064 underneath, making this the latest member in the small family of Snapdragon S4 Pro phones. There's an eight-megapixel camera that naturally handles 1080p video at the back, accompanied by a 2.1-megapixel front-facing imager. Other details include 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSDHC expansion, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 (LE), NFC, LTE and CDMA/GSM/UMTS/GPRS radios -- that's right, it's a global device. Not bad for a 140g package, and it's waterproof as well, rated at IPX5. But the question is how well will the 2,020mAh battery last under that super dense LCD and high-end processor? Only time will tell -- even KDDI has yet to finalize this part of the specs. Folks on the KDDI network can grab hold of this powerful phone in early December, with a choice of red, white or black. - http://www.engadget.com/2012/10/17/htc-j-butterfly-htl21-440ppi/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, 10.1 & 8.4 Unveiled (2560x1600, Android 4.4 KitKat, 8MP, USB 3.0 & CES 2014)

04:10
Samsung has revealed the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, 10.1 and 8.4 at CES 2014! All featuring a resolution of 2560 x 1600, Android 4.4 KitKat, an 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB or 64GB of storage, USB 3.0 & more. Samsung unleashed a bevy of new Android tablets during the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, including the new Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4. All three devices will run on a Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz with LTE support in the U.S., though some models will also ship with Samsung's Exynos 5 processors. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a 12.2-inch display with a 2560 x 1600-pixel resolution, Android 4.4 KitKat, a 9,500mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB or 64GB of storage, USB 3.0, 3GB of RAM and Samsung's new Magazine UX. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 offer similar specs under the hood, though have smaller batteries and only 2GB of RAM. The good news, however, is that the 10.1 and the 8.4 have the same super sharp display resolutions as the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2. Samsung said that all three tablets will launch during the first quarter of this year around the globe, though the company did not provide pricing details just yet. - http://www.technobuffalo.com/2014/01/06/samsung-galaxy-tab-pro-12-2-tab-pro-10-1-and-tab-pro-8-4-unveiled/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704

Chromebook Pixel Unveiled (Chrome OS, 12.85" 2560x1700, Core i5, SSD, LTE, 4GB RAM & More!)

04:16
Google has revealed the Chromebook Pixel! Featuring a 12.85" 2,560 x 1,700 display, dual-core 1.8Ghz Core i5 processor, Chrome OS, SSD, 4GB of RAM, LTE & More! Only yesterday we were being teased with the idea of a touchscreen Chromebook. Well, good news for people who hate waiting -- it's here, it's called the Pixel, and you can pre-order today. The all-Google laptop is aimed at those who live in the cloud, but want a little more from their machine. Built from the ground up for the web, the 12.85-inch 3:2 ratio display claims to offer 18 percent more vertical space than 16:9 does. The screen the Pixel has is -- as you can imagine -- one of its proudest features, sporting a 2,560 x 1,700 resolution, giving a PPI of 239, and offers a brightness of 400nit. Oh, and of course, it's touch-enabled so whatever your input preference, you're covered. On the inside, there's a dual-core 1.8Ghz Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and two SSD options -- 32GB or 64GB. If that's not enough, Google's ahead of you, and is throwing in 1TB of Drive storage with every Pixel for three years -- what it expects the life of the machine to be. You won't be basing your choice just on storage though, as the smaller capacity model is WiFi only, while the 64GB comes with Verizon LTE baked right in, and a choice of plans. As for the rest of the features, the Pixel also has a triple-microphone configuration -- with one under the keyboard -- which helps improve noise cancellation, including the rattle of your typing during excited hangouts. This is also where the speakers are hidden, so it will be interesting to see how those play nice together. Other features include an "HD" camera, a custom keyboard action for less finger-fatigue, and an enhanced smooth glass trackpad. As for ins and outs, there are two USB ports, a mini displayport, a mic / headphone jack and an SD card reader -- notably, no Ethernet. Wirelessly, you have WiFi a thru n and Bluetooth (plus that LTE if you opt in). Wondering what effect that display might have on the (59Wh) battery? Well Google claims its open-source test (available for criticism online) has rated the Pixel at five hours. If you want to get yourself some touchscreen Pixel action, you can order starting today from the Play store, or Best Buy starting tomorrow. The WiFi-only model will cost you $1,299, rising to $1,449 if you want some LTE (currently US / Verizon only). Not enough info for you right there? Why not head over to our minty-fresh hands-on. Update: The WiFi model is available now from the Google Play store and will be on Bestbuy.com starting tomorrow. You'll have to wait until April before you can order the LTE version. - http://www.engadget.com/2013/02/21/google-announces-chromebook-pixel/ Subscribe to PlayInfinite at: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=playinfinite Make sure to check out our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/playinfinite Follow PlayInfinite @ajune24 on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Ajune24 Check us out on Google+: https://plus.google.com/102001775659274627704
